GEO

Not simply developing software. Helping determine what the product should become.

01

The project

GEO is a commercial SaaS platform being developed for the construction industry.

Evolve’s involvement is fundamentally different from receiving a finished specification and being asked to code it. The role extends deeply into the development of the product itself.

02

Evolve’s role

  • Product thinking
  • UX
  • Planning
  • Existing code + repositories
  • AI-assisted development
  • Testing
  • Commercial thinking
  • Launch preparation

03

The approach

Product development rarely progresses in a perfectly straight line. What customers need, what technology makes possible and what makes commercial sense continually influence one another.

Evolve participates across those boundaries rather than separating commercial thinking, user experience and development into disconnected functions.

04

The difference

The job is not: “Here is the specification. Please build it.”
  • Understand the opportunity.
  • Challenge assumptions.
  • Help shape the product.
  • Work with the technology.
  • Test what is being created.
  • Keep improving it as the commercial proposition develops.
05

Outcome

GEO is progressing towards commercial launch. The company has been accepted into the Alpha Startup programme at Web Summit Lisbon 2026.

Evolve’s involvement demonstrates the ability to participate deeply in a genuine commercial software product rather than operating only at the edge of technology projects.

Evolve principle

Understand it.Imagine it.Build it.Evolve it.
