What we collect
When you use the Start a Conversation form we collect your name, your email address, your business or organisation if you provide it, the pathway you select and whatever you tell us in your message.
Why we use it
We use this information only to respond to your enquiry and to discuss and, if you choose, provide our services. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in replying to people who contact us and, where relevant, taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
Where it goes
Enquiries are delivered securely to Evolve's own client management system and are not sold or shared for marketing. We use trusted third-party providers to host this website and our systems; they process information only on our behalf.
How long we keep it
If an enquiry does not lead to work together, we delete it within 24 months of our last contact. Client records are kept for as long as we work together and for as long afterwards as the law requires.
Cookies and analytics
This website uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages are viewed and roughly where visits come from. Google Analytics sets its own cookies (named _ga and _ga_ followed by an identifier) in your browser to tell visits apart. This information is processed by Google on our behalf. We do not use advertising cookies, and the site sets no other cookies of its own.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to how we use it. Email hello@withevolve.co.uk and we will respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
